Cartoon Synopsis:

After watching a solar eclipse, Serena and the girls notice a weird circus appear near the 10th Street business district. Inside the circus, Zirconia summons three performers, Tiger's Eye, Fish Eye and Hawk's Eye, and orders them to search the beautiful dreams of Tokyo for the fugitive Helios. Tiger's Eye attacks Lizzie to search her dream. When confronted by Sailor Moon and Sailor Mini-Moon, he sends a weird creature, known as a Lemieure, to attack them. When Sailor Moon's power fails to appear, a white horned Pegasus appears and lends her his power to defeat Tiger's Eye. Mini-Moon is stunned, for the Pegasus appeared in her dream the night before, warning her of the coming crisis.
