Cartoon Synopsis:

Three of W.I.N.'s top couriers have been killed and Shane Weston suspects an inside job. In an attempt to solve the mystery, Joe takes on the brain patterns of courier chief Harry Sloane to deliver secret cipher codes, unaware that Sloane himself is the double agent!
