Mirror, Mirror, On The Wall Story Detail
Alan chided Ann for reading the story Snow White rather than working on securing energy. She ignored him and schemed to get Darien. Darien is involved in putting on a play, but several cast members walk out. The girls volunteer to fill in. Since it's Snow White, Serena is hoping to win the lead. Raye, Mina and Lyta also think they should play Snow White. Amy just wants to go study. When Ann also volunteers, she suggests a lottery to decide the roles. Rigging the lottery, she ends up with the lead, while Serena is assigned the Witch, while the girls get to be forest animals. During rehearsal, Ann insists they practice the kissing scene, as Darien is the Prince. Serena burns. Ann and Darien leave together. The others grumble about Ann's selfishness. Then Mina volunteers that she knows Ann cheated, but they didn't say anything because they felt sorry for an outsider like Ann. They guilt Serena into agreeing. On the day of the play, the curtain opens to reveal a Cardian on the stage, courtesy of Alan. Ann tried to chase it away, because she didn't want to lose her chance at the kissing scene, but the Cardian knocked her back, knocking out Darien as well. Sailor Moon appeared and challenged it, but the Cardian got the better of her and started draining her. Moonlight Knight appeared and rescued her. The Scouts then attacked. Mars stunned it with an anti-evil charm. Mercury used her Bubble attack to freeze the Cardian. Sailor Moon destroyed it with her scepter. The audience cheered, thinking it was part of the show. Moonlight Knight left. That evening Ann cried, yelling at Alan for interrupting her chance to kiss Darien. Alan was unrepentant.
