Cartoon Synopsis:
Rags McMutt breaks out of the city pound and encounters old pal Charlie Dog, who tells him that it would be best if he could find a master to adopt him, and proceeds to tell how he did it: you gotta give 'em the old "soulful eyes" routine. Spotting a potential sucker in Porky Pig, Charlie follows Porky to his apartment, and proposes the idea of dog and master: "I'm half collie, half Airedale, half Pekinese, half St. Bernard, with a pinch of spitz thrown in." (A Pekinese is one of the smallest dogs, and a St. Bernard is one of the biggest dogs!) Porky just can't get rid of this determined mutt.
