Cartoon Synopsis:

Tod, an orphaned baby fox raised by Widow Tweed, is best friends with Copper, a young hunting dog owned by Amos Slade. When they grow up, Copper learns to hunt and discovers that his prey is his friend, Tod. For safety, Tod is taken to a game preserve, and there he talk in love with Vixey, a beautiful female fox. Copper and his master hunt Tod in the preserve, but in the end, the friendship of the Fox and the Hound prevails.
