Synopsis for the I'm No Fool ... With A Bicycle

Jiminy Cricket gives a short history of the bicycle and then shows proper safety rules for riding. He describes and shows the first bicycles, how they were invented and what finally turned into the modern bike of today. Shows the proper hand signals, where to ride, what not to ride on, and common courtesy -- good instruction for young and old. In live action, kids learn bike safety rules in a very upscale neighborhood.
