Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Wheeldini

The mayor has lost the town's money, and everyone has to cut down on electricity, even guardian angels, until the money is found. The mayor hires a magician to find the money, and though it is obvious the magician is a sham, no one but Pelswick realizes this. Meanwhile, Gram-Gram, Agnes, and a mule go searching for the missing money on their own, as "Darly's angels".
