Cartoon Synopsis:

Little Bill is all ready for his first swimming lesson until he sees how big the pool is! At first he wants to go home, but with help from his mom, and cousin, Fuchsia, Little Bill puts his toe in the water, then his foot, then his whole body, and gradually overcomes his fear.
