Synopsis for the TV Cartoon An Unnatural Phenomenon

The girls are admiring a park, only to find out from a caretaker that the park is scheduled to be demolished for an office complex. Later Serena overhears Raye pumping Andrew for information about Darien. She realizes Raye is interested in Darien. This bothers her, even though Darien teases and annoys her and Raye is very critical of her. After several botched attempts, Raye manages to force herself onto Darien and they go to the park. In order to follow them, Serena seizes Melvin, who harbors a crush on her, and drags him to the park as well to spy on them. Neflite pretends to sympathize with the caretaker in order to plant a mystic symbol on him. He turns into a monster that controls the park wildlife, making them attack humans. Darien and Raye end up trapped in a boat on the lake. Luna and Amy get Serena away from Melvin to transform. The boat gets back to shore. Darien runs off and Raye becomes Sailor Mars. Mars and Sailor Moon begin to bicker over how to handle things when Tuxedo Mask shows up. With some words of encouragement to work together from Tuxedo Mask, the three scouts defeat the monster and restore the caretaker.
