Synopsis for the The Wacky World Of Tex Avery

A series of belly-laugh-funny short segments, each starring a different member of a wild family of original characters, including bumbling Roman centurion "Pompeii Pete," the inept conqueror and the little princess he cannot conquer ("Ghenghis and Khannie"), the lamest superhero on four legs ("Power Pooch"), the world's first inventor ("Einstone"), the ultra-pesky "Freddie the Fly" and, of course, the wackiest hero in the old West, "Tex Avery" himself. An homage to brilliant, hilarious and groundbreaking animator Tex Avery, and to the wonderful squash-and-stretch cartoons of his era.
