Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Comet Caractacus

Fantom Cat spots a comet, traveling across the sky and appears to be very angry about it. Tabs soon discovers the reason for his anger; whenever this comet appears (once every one hundred years), a creature emerges from the basement at the bottom of the castle and attempts to kill a member of the Fantom family. This time, of course, the only surviving member is FC himself...
