Cartoon Synopsis:

Hello ma baby, hello ma honey, hello ma ragtime gal...

A construction worker finds a singing and dancing frog in the cornerstone of the J.C. Wilber Building, an old structure (built in 1892) that he is demolishing. The finder's mind races with the possibilities of getting rich by exploiting this singing frog. But when he tries to cash in on his discovery, he finds that the frog will sing only for him... and just croak for the talent agent and the audience in the theater that he's spent his life savings on.
