Cartoon Synopsis:

It's raining in Harlem, and little Jasper is caught in a pawnshop at midnight. All the musical instruments come to life and play jazz! He is captured by a totem pole, and a crazy, music-hating Indian goes on the warpath to stop the music and scare poor Jasper to death.
