Cartoon Synopsis:

Jackie finds the Snake Talisman in a museum, and plots to get it before the Dark Hand does. But a master thief, Viper, steals the talisman out from under him. The invisibility talisman leads Jackie and Viper to a showdown with the Shadowkhan on top of a Thanksgiving parade balloon.
