Bart is acting up at school and Mrs. Krabappel suggests to Homer and Marge that they be more stern on punishing him. So when Bart goes too far, Homer forbids him from seeing The Itchy and Scratchy Movie. No matter what Bart does, he can't get in to see it, even after all the great reviews from Lisa and his friends. But Homer sticks to his guns, and Bart doesn't get to see the movie.
