Cartoon Summary:

Droopy has discovered a jazz record... much to everyone else's chagrin. He gets thrown out of his home for playing it too loud, and that is just the beginning of the problems! Droopy visits a circus exhibition of "Musical Fleas featuring Pee-Wee Runt and his All-Flea Dixieland Band." He enacts the life story of jazz legend John Pettibone, who has a Dixieland band for fleas.

I love the UPA stylization of this one. One of Droopy's and Tex's best.
