Cartoon Synopsis:

Abbott and Costello are fishing on the pier when they are knocked out and put on a fishing boat by a big man with a red beard. The man shoots a whale with dynamite and knocks it out. The whale's mother comes to its rescue, and they have to swim for the lives.
