The boys are policemen looking for a dangerous criminal. While looking for him on patrol duty, the criminal steals their car- which has a dashboard with buttons marked "Robber Clobber," "Snooper Scooper" and "Dragnet Magnet." They fight to get it back, but the villain has a giant boxing glove, missiles, and a giant spider with a large web. It's the spider web which snares him eventually.
