Cartoon Synopsis:

Ten-year-old Jimmy is afraid to sleep in the dark- almost as much as he's afraid of the mean old lady at the variety store, the mongrel that chases him home every day, and the bully who constantly torments him. Jimmy's only solace is his nightly readings of the "Avenging Phantom" comic books. And when Jimmy wishes that he had a protector to take revenge on all of his enemies... his wish comes true. Jimmy must now face his ultimate fear in order to reverse his wish and stop the cycle of the Avenging Phantom.
