Milo fights with his conjoined brothers, Biff and Chip. While attempting to separate the battling boys, Bob, who was using a strong adhesive, accidentally glues them together and can't separate them. Biff, Chip and Milo must learn how to get along. Soon, Milo and Biff form a psychic bond. On field day at school, Milo competes with Biff in the three-legged race, but they lose to the snooty hill people. Disgusted, Biff blames Milo and asks Chip to compete as his partner, showing Milo the proper way to win a race. Eventually, Bob frees Milo.
