Cartoon Synopsis:


The Powerpuff Girls discover that the Ministry of Pain, although old, want to take over Townsville, but Blossom has other ideas because she doesn't want to hurt the elderly. Soon enough, Blossom pays the price for not having her and the girls save the day instead of an old superhero duo saving the day for them.
