Cartoon Synopsis:
Chilly Willy cons grocery store proprietor Wally Walrus out of all his fish. Chilly, walking by a fish market, sees a large fish in the window. Chilly goes inside and sneaks along under the counter. Arriving at the fish bin, Chilly reaches up and takes a large fish. Wally sees a lot of fish heads go by and, investigating, sees a portable shopping basket full of fish being pushed along by Chilly Willy. Wally immediately stops Chilly and throws him out of the shop. Wally receives a telephone call for a large number of fish to be delivered at a certain address. Wally delivers the fish to the address given, which is a telephone booth occupied by Chilly. Suddenly suspecting something wrong, he looks back and sees fish skeletons being thrown from the telephone booth. Wally rushes back and manages to salvage one lone fish skeleton. Chilly re-enters the store and, using lifelike human display cutouts as customers, he passes by the cash register several times "charging" his purchases of fish. As the fish are replenished by the fishing fleet, Chilly uses a vacuum cleaner, the suction from which causes the fish to march by in a single-file column as they follow Chilly Willy, who's leading the parade and using the vacuum cleaner's bag as a Scottish bagpipe to play the music that they march to. Chilly: "Calling all ships at sea. More fish! More fish! More fish!"
