Cartoon Synopsis:

Ming says he has a change of heart and gives the people of Arboria a gift, a stone statue created by the evil Dr. Tavv. When it is activated with a life-beam, it starts to destroy the city of Arboria. Flash and Dale locate the beam activator and program it to self-destruct, thus destroying the stone statue and saving Arboria.
