Cartoon Synopsis:

Dulci believes that her dog Sanford is happy running free around the neighborhood, despite the risks to his life and the annoyance of others. The gang goes to have one of the guys examined for rabies because of a dog bite. The lesson is how to treat pets, such as how to control animals in public.
