Cartoon Synopsis:

Bill takes his little brother Russell to the doctor, and they both end up in the hospital to have their tonsils removed. Fat Albert and the gang sneak into the hospital room, and funny mishaps take place. The other kids are very brave about Bill and Russell's pain- until the doctor wants to look down their throats. In the end, everybody gets ice cream.
