Cartoon Synopsis:


A new kid moves into the neighborhood and wants to play with the gang, but he's kind of short and has to be accepted by everyone. Pee Wee's small size is a problem until the gang discovers that his natural kicking talent in football. The kids have a big football game against their rivals, a tough gang. The game is going the guys' way until the other team brings out its secret weapon, "Kong."
