Cartoon Synopsis:
Mr. Freeze and his assistant, Professor Frost, steal a nuclear submarine and with Freeze's freezing ray, the frigid felon plans to freeze over Gotham City and use the submarine as a getaway mode of transportation. At one point, they abduct Robin, who later escapes while Bat Mite unwittingly helps Batman escape from Mr. Freeze's frozen museum.
