Cartoon Summary:

Chilly Willy would rather snore in bed than pay his overdue "snowtel" bill. When the hotel manager, watchdog Smedley, attempts to awake and evict him, he hangs a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and the landlord tiptoes away! The landlord comes back with a big box of firecrackers. Chilly sneaks around behind him, lights all the fuses, and goes back into his room. Finally, they resolve their differences without Chilly leaving.
