Cartoon Summary:

Foofle takes the "Round Trip Scenic Excursion" but nothing goes right. When the empty train approaches, his clothes drop out of the suitcase. He gets on anyway. The tour guide says to open the "easy glide" window but it's stuck. Foofle takes a walk and gets trapped between train cars. Then a passing waterfall gets Foofle all wet. Then, there's a "chance for a snack" and Foofle enters the dining car. Unfortunately his sandwich gets blown out the window. A tear falls from his eye. He tries to eat an apple, but it falls to the ground and out of the train. As the train goes up and down hills, Foofle is bounced around and gets his foot stuck in the baggage rack. He hangs there upside down through the rest of the trip. Sad Foofle is then dropped off at the station. The intercom says, "thank you and good night."
