Cartoon Synopsis:


In this take-off of the Walt Disney "How To..." Goofy series of cartoons, it's so hot that the skyscrapers are melting. Dimwit heads for the beach to try and beat the summer heat. He gets stuck in traffic. Finally there, he finds that the beach is crowded! Then the ocean has its way with him, and the bugs drive him to just want to go home.
