Synopsis for the Theatrical Cartoon Bobby Bumps at The Circus

Bobby is offered a ticket to the circus if he'll fetch water for the elephant. After he gets two bucketsful, he brings two more. Bobby can't understand why the elephant doesn't stop drinking. Bobby and his dog Fido finally figure it out: the circus manager keeps bringing out a different elephant after Bobby goes back for more water. He throws water at the circus manager, goes home and tells his dad that he wants to go to the circus. His dad is too busy trying to balance the books. Bobby and Fido balance them and get in trouble. Dad chases them both into the circus. Bobby and Fido end up in the show and are offered money. Dad ends up getting some money to "balance the books."
