Cartoon Synopsis:

Gadget is sent to the wealthy Middle Eastern kingdom of Yetzanistan to safeguard a sacred sword - whoever possesses it shall become King. A young sultan is set to become the next sovereign ruler; however he is tricked by the duplicitous M.A.D. agent Fast Abdul, which results in the sword being pilfered from the confines of the royal vault just two days prior to his coronation. Abdul touts himself as being the fastest in all of Yetzanistan, but is he really quick enough to evade the utter buffoonery of our bionic hero???
