Cartoon Synopsis:

Gadget, along with Penny and Brain, go to Switzerland, on a mission to stop M.A.D. from stealing a huge amount of Swiss gold. It turns out that once they have gone to the bank, they are too late. The gold was stolen by a crazy clock-making M.A.D. agent hired by Dr. Claw... the Cuckoo Clock Maker! He makes a watch for Inspector Gadget to wear, and on the top of each hour, the watch causes Gadget's gadgets to haywire, ultimately leading to the destruction of a clock factory.

End Message: Gadget describes safety and tips on medicine and prescriptions as he gives medicine to Brain, whom had caught a cold.
