Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Magoo's Monster Mansion

Boo, Magoo! Mr. Magoo plans to go to a fancy motel for the night, but a wrong turn sends him to a creepy mansion! First Magoo mistakens the overhead thunderstorm for a loud rock and roll band, then alligators for well-raised goldfish, and evil laughter for a famous singer! As this happens, his jalopy sinks into quicksand. He goes there, not noticing the evil mad vampire scientist and his assistant Igor. We get all the old mistaking-a-haunted-palace-as-a-motel gags, such as thinking that a bat (really the vampire) is a moth and spraying him, thinking that the scientist disguised as a mummy is a sleepwalker, then thinking that a skeleton in the closet is a naked man (McBarker snatches a bone from his leg), and confusing the vampire posing as a man-eating houseplant as bad gardening, giving him vinegar instead of water. Luckily, he gets out and, on the bus, confuses the motel for a creepy mansion.
