Cartoon Summary:

In 1500 B.C. Jerusalem, Noah (Quincy Magoo) sees a vision from the Lord. God is angered by man's inhumanity and decides to destroy the earth in a massive flood that will last for 40 days and 40 nights. The Lord has also decided to spare Noah, his wife Ester and their sons Ham, Japheth and Shem. He instructs Noah to build an ark and take two of every animal in God's realm aboard their giant ship. Noah feels that his friends and their families should be saved also. He asks them to join him on his quest to maintain mankind. Seeing Noah as nothing more than a crazed old fool, he is spurned and mocked by the townspeople and even by his own sons. But on the day of the great flood, Noah and his family are ready. They load all of the animals aboard. Together, they ride out the storm. When the forty days are up, Noah sends out a dove to see if dry land is nearby. The dove returns with an olive branch in its beak. Dry land is found, and humanity and animalkind is saved.
