Synopsis for the Theatrical Cartoon Springtime For Clobber

Clint falls in love with a woman who has arrived at the apartment. The combination of love and spring makes Clint forget about his duties, leading one of the flats to become flooded. The woman turns out to be a dangerous thief who is hiding her partner in a suitcase. Without wanting to, Clint spoils their plan, and gets them caught by the police.
