Cartoon Synopsis:

Heckle and Jeckle are being happily chased by the hound dog when the dog gets hit on the head. The blow causes him to see imaginary magpies flying around his head, so men from the mental hospital take him away. The bulldog doctor interviews the hound, who says that he chases magpies. Thinking that he is crazy, the doctor puts him in a padded room. Heckle and Jeckle miss being chased, and they rescue the hound from the hospital.
