Cartoon Synopsis:

The kids accidentally break a window on a magician's car. When they hide instead of apologizing, the magician casts a spell on them. When Weather steps in to protect them, he is supposedly turned into a frog. Roobear and Laura try to find the magician (or wizard, as they think he is) to get him to change Weather back. Well, it turns out that Weather never really was a frog. And upon apologizing, the magician reveals part of his secret to them.
