Synopsis for the Theatrical Cartoon Ghost Of Honor

Casper the Friendly Ghost tells a reporter how he became an animated cartoon star. He tells how he went to Paramount Studios to see how cartoons were made. He scares the cartoon staff. When he meets up with the cartoon characters and makes friends with them, the studio decides to put him in his own series of cartoons. When he tries to put his footprints in the Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame, he finds that ghosts can't make an impression.
