Cartoon Synopsis:
Very unusual cartoon about a hungry goat trying to eat all the metal on the ship that Popeye is assigned to, thus getting him into trouble with the admiral. Popeye, who finds himself swabbing the deck, encounters the goat and quickly makes enemies. However, the goat makes friends with the admiral, and Popeye finds himself dealing with the goat's appetite. All kinds of crazy gags in this one, including one scene in which the goat asks the projectionist to run the film back to the opening credits. The goat leaves the frame of the movie to inspect the title. Later, the audience watching the cartoon comments on the action taking place on the screen! The cartoon ends with Billy The Kid Goat laughing in the movie theater audience as the Paramount logo flashes on the screen.
