Cartoon Summary:

Popeye's nephews want to play their music all night. The four are practicing symphonic music when Popeye insists they go to bed. They become bored and start playing jazz. Popeye comes to life and offers to tell them a fairy tale if they will stop. When he puts them to bed, they start playing jazz again on jugs, suspenders and anything in sight. The recalcitrant brats sneak out of bed and play hot jazz and swing music while Popeye tries to catch them in the act! The battle of wits is clearly on the side of the nephews who, in a Tex Avery-like ending, jam right out of the movie screen and into the theater audience by the conclusion of the cartoon!
