Cartoon Synopsis:

When Brain needs the meat of a rare white crab to make his hypnotic recipe effective, he takes a submarine and heads for the Titanic, where massive numbers of the crabs are located. However, the CIA misinterprets his intentions and orders the submarine's destruction.
