Waylon Jeepers, giggling nut from Venice Beach, California, creates a Medusa Watch capable of turning living matter into stone, follows it up by summoning the well-known monster Vorn the Unspeakable, and caps it all by turning Steff into a statue. A heartbroken Freakazoid and his companions proceed to search the globe in pursuit of Jeepers, Vorn, and really neat sunglasses.
