Cartoon Synopsis:

Dr. Scratchensniff gets a parking ticket for no reason. Yakko encourages him to go to Burbank traffic court and fight the ticket. Then a parody of the TV show LA Law starts. Dr. Scratchensniff wants to pay the fine, but the Warners arrive and act as his lawyers. They call the meter maid to the stand. Yakko is warned not to lead the witness, so he lets the meter maid lead instead, in a tango. Yakko gets the judge to dance with the meter maid, and they fall in love and he dismisses the case.
