Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Punchline- Why did the Chicken Cross the Road?

Punchline host Ted Foppel tries to get to the bottom of the question of why did the chicken cross the road. Foppel interviews Pinky and the Brain who argue with each other and speculate about conspiracy theories. Later Foppel interviews criminologist Dr. Henry Peckaboo and discovers that he is really Chicken Boo. Foppel realizes that the chicken crossed the road to get to the television studio.
