Cartoon Synopsis:

While the gang forces Speedy to float so they can fish, Debbie hooks a marlin, and they are dragged out to sea. Speedy manages to get to a small island, and the gang think the see a sharkzilla, which turns out to be a submarine painted to look like a shark. The island ends up being a submarine base for Captain Schemo; his assistant, Mr. Cormack; and their men. Schemo wants to ba modern day pirate, and the gang must stop them.
