Cartoon Synopsis:

ApeTrully is reunited with his teacher, the Parrot King, while negotiating a truce between the Parrots and humans. However, the peace is quickly jeopardized when the evil Zebra Brothers use their magic ghost lanterns to hypnotize the two leaders, as well as First Squadron who've come to the rescue.
