Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Downtime

August 27: The team's mission against Clayface ends in disaster with Batman stepping in to save them and scolding Aqualad for letting the rest of Young Justice get taken down in battle. Aqualad travels home to Atlantis to consider returning to the team or living with Tula below the ocean's surface. While Aquaman is away, Black Manta and his men invade Atlantis in order to steal a large starfish creature frozen in ice.

September 3: Aqualad retakes his responsibilities as team leader and the team is briefed on a new mission in Bialya. Black Manta reports his mission to The Light as L-5 states that they will obtain the starfish creature another way.
