Synopsis for the Cartoon Special Pen 'n' Inc.

This comedy revolves around Raymond, a young man in his small-town newspaper's advertising department who dreams of becoming a cartoonist. The young fellow is having a little romance with Debbie, the daughter of the paper's conservative publisher. A rumor is going around the office that they have actually consummated their affair. Dad's furious at the prospect, but the rumor happens not to be true.
