To prove that the human species will self-destruct and win a bet with Duke Nukem, Verminous Skumm plants stolen nukes in trouble spots around the globe, and gives triggers to both sides of warring factions in each area. Gaia sends the Planeteers to convince the feuding parties to give peace a chance, but it takes her vision of a post-nuclear world to shock everyone into cooperating. But it may be too late when Skumm and Nukem decide to blow the situation out of proportion!
